Michael Brooks is an Educational Technology Consultant for World Campus Learning Design, where he specializes in usability and accessibility. He has consulted on many projects, developed trainings on accessibility, and reviewed many technologies for their potential use in higher education. Michael Brooks currently serves on several accessibility advisory committees to review policies and products used within Penn State.
